About Us Tackleworld.co.uk are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. We carry large stocks of most angling/fishing tackle and accessories.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. You will be transferred to a secure payment system operated by Worldpay, a company in association with Royal Bank of Scotland.. We accept all credit cards accepted by Worldpay, which is a company in association with Royal Bank of Scotland, who handle all our on-line transactions through a secure link. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. We reserve the right to alter our prices without notice. We do not take orders from outside the UK for sums over £150 by credit card.
Shipping And Handling Currently we only ship to E.U.Countries. We have made our delivery charges as low as we can while ensuring your order's safe arrival, therefore all orders are delivered on a signed for basis. Orders up to the following weights are charged the adjacent prices (all orders that include rods are charged at 2.01Kg ).

For Shipping to Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, UK Offshore( Scottish Islands, Isles Of Sicilly) Items over 2kg there is an extra charge of £10.00 other wise as above.

For: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain our delivery charges are 300 grammes £ 6.00. 600grammes £9.00. 1 kilo. £ 11.00 up to2 kilog £ 28.00. 2 kilo. £ 36.00. 10 kilo. £50. 15 kilo. £60. 20 kilo. £67. 25 kilo. £74.

Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 2 to 6 working days .If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns Policy You can return any item within seven days of receipt for any reason whatsoever, for replacement, exchange or refund. Enclose a note with your name address and instructions. Please return items carefully wrapped, complete and in their original condition and packaging, Ensure that you obtain a proof of postage for your own security. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of returning unwanted goods, unless the goods are faulty, in which case contact us by telephone, fax,letter or e-mail for our return instructions.

Tax Charges All prices in the catalogue are inclusive of V.A.T @ 17 1/2%.

All complaints will be acknowledged. We aim to deal with and resolve them within five U.K. working days. We take all complaints seriously, they are handled personally by the Directors, John, Kevin and Glyn. All complaints are recorded and used as a source of information to improve our services. Our terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
